Mary: A “Verified” Fangirl

“Knock, Knock”

You: “Who’s there?”

“Urine”

You: “Urine who?”

“Urine secure. Don’t know what for.”

*laughs alone awkwardly*

….

You didn’t get it, right? If you didn’t get that joke, you probably don’t know me. Also, I’m pretty sure you think that my username sounds … ahem… unusual. Set those aside, and I’ll explain them to you later. So, without further ado let’s get on with this blog post! ٩(●ᴗ●)۶

I’m Mary, a girl who has the ability to overthink at any given time and who has an unhealthy obsession with Harry Styles.

Since birth, I was “gifted” with an inseparable twin brother. Despite the fact that he looks nothing like me, we mostly think alike. I guess one funny thing about us is that we both have a very very very (very) dark sense of humor. (You wouldn’t want to know, I promise.)

I also have a younger brother in the 4th grade, which makes me the middle child. Man, I don’t know if that’s a good or a bad thing! All I know is that I always have to boss around my brothers to keep them civilized and y’know, help the adults by controlling my brothers depending on the situation.

Moving on, I have a “thing” for poetry and fictional stories. Not only am I extremely fond of reading them whenever I have a chance, I dream of becoming a writer—someone who can paint pictures and create different emotions in people’s minds just with beautifully written words.

Sometimes when I’m so done with the world, words are the only things that can help me escape from reality even if it’s only for a small amount of time. I believe in miracles too; things happen because they’re supposed to.

Maybe that’s why I can’t explain why I’ve become a fangirl. I didn’t choose the fangirl life; the fangirl life chose me. (LOL, cringe) Some” part of my life is dedicated to each and every member of the British boy band, One Direction and the music they produce because not only are their voices beautiful, their lyrics are also meaningful. Look up their music video, ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ if you actually want to understand my joke. 。^‿^。

And with that, this blog post comes to an end. Thanks for reading, and I hope this somewhat gives you an idea of who I am. (づ。◕‿‿◕。)づ
